• 1 lb. fresh Danish Bleu cheese
  • 1 lg. container sour cream
  • 1/2 small container of whipping¬† cream
  • 1 TBS. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, finely minced (you can cut down on this if you aren’t quite the garlic fan that I am)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Crumble the cheese, put it in a mixing bowl and “Just whip it, yea, whip it good!¬† Now, whip it, whip it good!” (I just love “DEVO”, they’re so cute with their little hats!)
